Job summary

J.P. Morgan's APAC Private Banking team in Singapore seeks a Professional for China Market to support Bankers and Investors with day-to-day operations, onboarding, and documentation. You will gain exposure to all asset classes and deliver high-level client service for UHNW clients across China and Asia-Pacific.

Your role requires close collaboration with bankers, a proactive mindset, and strong organizational skills to handle complex client needs within tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of client service and/or relationship manager support experience in Private Bank.
• Fluent written and spoken Business Mandarin is essential to support Chinese speaking clients from China.
• CACS certified is essential for the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to Advisors and wider integrated team.
• Help manage account opening/onboarding with onboarding officer.
• Support updating account documentation, authorities & Sig Lists; manage periodic reviews.
• Own trading life-cycle; pre-trade checks, trade execution, booking and post-trade checks.
• Develop deep knowledge of all asset classes and products offered by the Private Bank.
• Act as primary contact with external clients for day-to-day administration and servicing.
• Partner with Client Service team for daily account management and facilities.
