Job summary

You will be the primary contact for service-related needs of Private Bank clients, supporting Bankers and Investors by coordinating with product partners and operations to provide a seamless experience. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline required.
• 5+ years of solid Client Service / Relationship Management in Private Banking.
• Good knowledge of Private Banking products and operations incl. cash, KYC, actions.
• High sensitivity to control standards for money transfers and banking services.
• Strong interpersonal skills to service and deepen client relationships.
• Ability to interact with clients directly and resolve inquiries independently.
• CACS certification is essential for regulatory duties.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with external clients and team for day-to-day account servicing.
• Provide proactive service on transactions: deposits, loans, transfers, cash and investments.
• Assist with account maintenance: contact changes, client data, KYC updates.
• Drive digital adoption and client outreach.
• Support bankers in credit facility execution and ad-hoc requests.
