Job summary

J.P. Morgan Singapore is seeking a capable Associate in the Client Service Team to serve as the main contact for service needs of Private Bank clients.

You will support Bankers and Investors by coordinating with product partners and operations for a seamless, integrated client experience across Private Bank products. Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in client service or relationship management within private banking, with strong communication, problem-solving, and KYC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3 years of solid Client Service / Relationship Management experience from Private Bank.
• Knowledge of Private Banking products and operational processes.
• High sensitivity to Private Banking control standards for money transfers and related services.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve client inquiries independently.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with external clients and Integrated team for day-to-day account administration and servicing.
• Provide proactive personalized service on transactions and client inquiries across Private Bank products.
• Assist clients with account maintenance requests including KYC and documentation updates.
• Outreach proactively to clients for digital adoption and enhanced service.
• Support Bankers in credit facilities and ad-hoc client requests; aid remediation or campaigns when needed.
