Responsibilities

• Support middle office operations including corporate actions and reconciliations.
• Act as primary contact for client enquiries and escalations.
• Monitor trade lifecycle events and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Investigate reconciliation discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Collaborate with global Operations, Technology and external service providers.
• Assist in new fund implementations and client transitions.
