Responsibilities

• Serve medications to inmates, including those at lower levels.
• Assist in quarantine zones while wearing full PPE.
• Conduct parameter screenings as needed.
• Perform blood draws occasionally.
• Handle administrative tasks and basic clinical duties.
• Administer vaccinations and assist with swabbing.

Job description

Prison is hiring Perm Staff Nurse (No Exp OK!) #HJC

Working hours:

• 3 rotating shifts

1 hour break unpaid (meals provided)

Job scope:

• Serving medications to inmates (some cells may need to squat down to the food tray level)
• Help out in quarantine zones, clad in full PPE
• Help with parameter screening
• Blood taking at times
• Administrative work and basic clinical nursing duties in medical center
• Administer Vaccinations and assist in swabbing duties
