Job summary

Standard Chartered India seeks a customer service-oriented professional to assist the Priority Banking Team. You will support daily branch operations, supervise service staff, and help Relationship Managers deliver high-quality client experiences while identifying cross-sell opportunities.

You will ensure adherence to AML procedures, conduct risk monitoring, and maintain data accuracy across systems, collaborating with IT/Finance/HR as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of AML policies and procedures.
• Proven ability to interact with customers professionally.
• Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
• Familiar with customer support policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Branch Operation & Service Manager to supervise Priority Banking operations.
• Support Relationship Manager to deliver high-quality service and identify sales opportunities.
• Maintain governance, controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor data tracking and system input for sales and service activities.
• Respond to regulatory and conduct requirements with integrity.
