Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a senior engineer to lead module development for 3D NAND semiconductor processes. You will define specifications, guide process integration, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive rapid, low-error progress from R&D to high-volume manufacturing.

The role requires deep experience in wafer fabrication, NAND tech, and cross-functional leadership. You will contribute to continuous improvement, collaborate with process groups, and drive IP generation

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Wafer Fabrication Process Development.
• Experience in Dry Etch, Photolithography, Films, Wet Process, CMP or Process Integration.
• Strong knowledge of NAND process flow and related structural & electrical fail mechanisms.
• Experience in R&D and technology transfer to manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead module development for 3D NAND semiconductor process modules.
• Define structural specifications and process requirements for assigned modules.
• Set strategic direction and ongoing improvement plans for the module.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to enable rapid project progression.
• Regularly submit patent disclosures and drive IP generation.
