Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a Senior Member of Technical Staff in Singapore to lead one or more 3D NAND module development and operation within the Singapore R&D team.

You will define module specifications, drive continual improvement, and design experiments to optimize structure, electrical performance, and manufacturability. You will collaborate with process engineers and cross-functional teams, addressing reliability issues, and contributing to IP generation and technology transfer from R&D

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s in a relevant field with semiconductor industry experience.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in end-to-end process integration for semiconductor devices.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more 3D NAND module development and operation.
• Define structural specifications and process requirements for modules.
• Set clear direction and continual improvement plan for modules.
