Responsibilities

• Lead wafer fabrication process development for Dry Etch, Photolithography, Films, Wet Process, CMP.
• Define module specifications and process requirements.
• Set direction and plan for continual improvement of modules.
• Identify reliability issues early and address them with model-based controls.
• Collaborate across teams for technology transfer to high-volume manufacturing.
• Build and analyze experiments; report findings and statistical significance.
• Assemble and coordinate a development team of process engineers.
• Drive IP generation and patent disclosures as part of R&D.
