Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s with semiconductor industry experience.
• Proficiency in scripting/programming/analytics tools is desirable.
• End-to-end understanding of PI modules on NAND technologies.
• Knowledge of NAND process flow, yield and reliability is desirable.
• Experience in R&D and technology transfer within the semiconductor industry.
• Commitment to quality, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Module Ownership: lead one or more process modules for 3D NAND development and operation.
• Specification definition: set structural specs and process requirements for modules.
• Strategic Direction: define vision and continual improvement plan for the module.
• Proactive Issue Resolution: identify potential issues early and address with process control.
• Performance Optimization: optimize structure, electrical performance, verification and manufacturability.
• Material Innovation: analyze materials and drive changes from research into production.
• Design Experiments: design and execute device/process experiments and analyze data.
• Team Leadership: lead a development team and coordinate engineers.
• Decision-Making: set goals and drive decisions for project success.
• Innovation & IP: develop new technologies; patent disclosures expected.
