Job summary

Micron Technology Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Staff/Principal NAND CMOS Module Process Integration Engineer in its R&D team to design and implement innovative process solutions that improve next-generation 3D NAND yield and quality with cost and performance targets.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop CSPEC criteria, coordinate funding for experiments, and drive technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing.

Qualifications

• BS, MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Chemical Engineering, or Material Science.
• Minimum 3 years of semiconductor Process Integration and Yield Enhancement experience.
• Experience with NAND memory technologies is desirable.
• Proficiency in scripting/programming and analytics tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and quantify module deficiencies; lead cross-functional teams to address issues.
• Develop CSPEC criteria for product performance and drive process capability.
• Coordinate activities at the manufacturing site to secure funding for experiments and communicate decisions to R&D, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing partners.
• Undertake development projects to evaluate and implement new integration schemes for alpha and derivative part types; establish proof of concept for future tech nodes at the facility.
• Lead quarterly yield summits and monthly program reviews to summarize complex problems, actions taken, and align R&D, Manufacturing, and senior management teams.
• Assist in the transfer of new technology from R&D to manufacturing and support ramp-up and qualification.
• Contribute to training and documentation of module fundamentals into manufacturing.
• AI Responsibilities: Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness.
