Job summary
NEW GOLDEN SEA SHIPPING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Marketing and Sales lead to drive business growth for designated shipping lines.
The role involves coordinating pricing approvals and container space, while ensuring effective communication between headquarters in Shanghai and regional Southeast Asia offices. The successful candidate will manage pricing, optimize capacity, and support ongoing operations with proactive, independent work ethic and strong negotiation skills, including Mandarin
Qualifications
- Experience in a shipping carrier environment is essential.
- Diploma or degree in a shipping-related discipline is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Mandarin language ability to liaise with Shanghai headquarters.

- Lead marketing and sales initiatives for designated shipping lines to drive business growth
- Manage pricing by reviewing and approving rate applications to ensure competitive and profitable rates
- Coordinate container loading and space control to optimize shipping capacity and efficiency
- Facilitate clear and timely communication between Shanghai HQ and Southeast Asia branches
- Execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by immediate superiors to support business needs

- Knowledge in Mandarin to liaise with headquarters in Shanghai
- Fresh graduates with good shipping or maritime knowledge are encouraged to apply
