Job summary

ECU Worldwide Singapore is seeking a Pricing Executive who thrives in a dynamic, data-driven environment and has a strong commercial mindset to directly influence business success.

You will own RFQ/tender processes, perform cost and selling analyses, and collaborate with KAM and management on rate strategy while ensuring timely delivery and accuracy. The role requires excellent Excel skills, fluent English, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

• Pricing/RFQ experience in shipping/logistics required.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle RFQ/tender processes from requirements to final details within timelines.
• Collaborate with KAM & management on RFQ briefings, Q&A, and rate strategy.
• Conduct cost and selling analyses.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to scope RFQ/tender.
• Maintain and update tariffs.
• Support implementation of awarded RFQ.
• Pursue continuous process improvement.
• Handle internal disputes.
• Support ad-hoc tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible process tender/RFQ include understand the requirements, prepare RFQ details, internal co-ordination, and adjustment ensure all details completed according to customers’ requirement and management’s direction within timeline.
• Work closely with Key Account Management Team (KAM) and Management on RFQ briefing, Q&A sessions and rates strategy.
• Conduct Cost & Selling analysis.
• Communicate and co-ordinate directly with internal stakeholders to prepare the tender/RFQ scope and specifications.
• Tariff maintenance and updates.
• Implementation of awarded tender/RFQ.
• Continuous improvement of processes.
• Handle internal dispute.
• Support other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Required Skills

• Previous experience in pricing/NVOCC/shipping/logistics/freight forwarding industry
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent written and communication skills in English
• A team player, but able to work independently set own agenda under own initiative.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
