Job summary

AGI Freight Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Pricing Analyst to manage shipment pricing requests, liaise with shipping lines and partners, and deliver accurate, competitive quotes to support daily operations and customer inquiries.

You will review RFQ/RFP/RFI documents, source quotes from carriers and coloaders, and verify costing and billing accuracy to ensure financial compliance. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in shipment pricing or related logistics field.
• Strong analytical thinking and reading skills to assess pricing documents and market trends.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process daily shipment pricing requests from company agents and potential partners.
• Review RFQ, RFP, RFI, and ad-hoc documents to compile final pricing accurately.
• Request pricing quotes from shipping lines and coloaders to support cost analysis.
• Communicate with local and overseas vendors and partners to obtain competitive pricing.
• Perform pricing sanity checks and verify completeness and quality of RFQ submissions.
• Deliver timely and competitive pricing responses to daily enquiries and requests.
• Provide feedback and review internal and external pricing structures to improve competitiveness.
• Develop and maintain relationships with shipping lines and coloaders to support pricing negotiations.
• Verify costing and billing accuracy to ensure financial compliance.

Job Summary

You will manage shipment pricing requests, coordinate with vendors and partners, and ensure competitive, accurate pricing for logistics services to support daily operations and customer inquiries.

• Receive and process daily shipment pricing requests from company agents and potential partners


• Review RFQ, RFP, RFI, and ad-hoc documents to compile final pricing accurately


• Request pricing quotes from shipping lines, and coloaders to support cost analysis


• Communicate with local and overseas vendors and partners to obtain competitive pricing
