Job summary

RAH TECH PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Presales Engineer to support our sales team in designing and proposing IT solutions across cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, managed services, and Microsoft technologies.

You will lead solution design, deliver PoCs and demonstrations, prepare proposals and technical docs, and collaborate with Account Managers to win competitive bids while ensuring smooth handover to implementation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Presales, Solutions Engineer, System Engineer, or technical consultancy role.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Virtualization, Networking and Wireless Solutions, Firewall and Security Solutions, Backup and Disaster Recovery, Managed Services.
• Experience preparing technical proposals, solution designs, and customer presentations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, Azure, Fortinet, VMware, Cisco, or other industry certifications will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and recommend IT solutions that align with customer needs, budget, scalability, and security requirements.
• Provide technical consultation and solution architecture for infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and managed services projects.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution workshops for customers.
• Prepare and deliver PoCs and pilot implementations to validate proposed solutions.
• Address customer technical questions and provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to develop winning sales strategies and competitive proposals.
