Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a senior cybersecurity pre-sales leader to guide and mentor a team of pre-sales engineers. You will serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with sales and customers, and deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions through engaging demos and POCs.

The role involves presenting at webinars and industry events, leveraging strong communication and leadership skills to drive customer success and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on cybersecurity pre-sales experience.
• Proven experience leading a pre-sales or technical team.
• Extensive knowledge across a wide range of cybersecurity domains.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of pre-sales engineers, providing technical guidance, career development, and performance feedback.
• Act as a subject matter expert for a wide range of cybersecurity solutions.
• Work with sales and customers to understand business challenges and design tailored solutions.
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proofs-of-concept (POCs).
• Participate in webinars, workshops, and industry events as a speaker or panelist.
