Job summary

NTT DATA in Singapore is seeking a Presales Solutions Architect for the Smart Building and ESG platforms to translate OT/IT integration and carbon accounting needs into compelling technical solutions. You will build a presales practice for enterprise and government clients across Singapore.

You will design integration architectures spanning BMS, chillers, UPS, gensets and IoT networks, translate sustainability requirements into business cases, and deliver demos and workshops for CIOs and energy

Qualifications

6–12+ years in presales/solution consulting within OT, building automation or smart infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with BMS/IBMS integration — e.g. integration with chillers, UPS, gensets, IoT sensors.
Working knowledge of ESG/carbon accounting platforms and frameworks (Scope 1/2/3, GHG Protocol).
Strong client-facing and presentation skills; comfortable engaging CIOs and Facility/Energy Managers.

Responsibilities

Design and present integration architectures spanning BMS, chillers, UPS, gensets and IoT sensor networks.
Translate client sustainability and energy-efficiency requirements into solution designs and business cases.
Deliver product demonstrations, proofs-of-concepts and technical workshops to CIOs, Facility/Energy Managers and Sustainability leads.
Partner with sales to scope RFP/RFI responses and proposal documentation.
Manage and mentor a team of presales/solution consultants.
Stay current on BMS/IBMS standards (BACnet, Modbus, KNX) and ESG reporting frameworks (GHG Protocol, GRESB, CSRD).
