Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in a spa or wellness center.
• Strong background in recruitment and talent management, with focus on hiring therapists.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of spa operations, services, and industry best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations professionally.
• Proficiency in relevant software (scheduling, booking systems, Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Uphold high standards of customer service to ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Respond to client feedback and complaints promptly and take corrective action as needed.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract therapists for pre- and postnatal care.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring decisions with the Director.
• Oversee onboarding to ensure new hires are integrated into the team.
• Collaborate with procurement to manage stock levels and storage of products.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and optimize inventory.
• Provide guidance and training support to trainers for high performance.
• Conduct performance evaluations and develop staff through plans.
• Ensure outlet meets monthly sales targets.
