Job summary

SJ 4 PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable Operations and Service Manager to oversee day-to-day beauty service operations, reservations, and reception logistics. You will lead by example, ensuring high standards of service, hygiene and appearance across the team.

In this role you will coach staff, drive sales KPIs, and arrange training while delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty services.
• Willingness to learn and positive attitude.
• Qualified with working experience, preferably in relevant industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform skin and body analysis for new and existing customers.
• Expose customers to a diverse range of beauty treatments.
• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of reservations and reception.
• Make professional recommendations on products, treatments and service packages.
• Staffing, staff development and training responsibility.
• Evaluate team performance and provide timely disciplinary actions if needed.
• Arrange training programs and skill upgrading for staff.
• Responsible for sales and achieving KPIs and targets.
• Regularly evaluate business processes, procedures and systems.
• Manage customer complaints promptly.
