Qualifications

• At least 5 years of sales or business development experience in wellness, healthcare, or beauty industries.
• Strong leadership capabilities with proven team management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, client-centric approach.
• Passion for maternal wellness and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies, set KPIs, and drive target achievement across services.
• Provide tailored client consultations and manage relationships to foster retention.

• Oversee daily sales operations, CRM data integrity, and reporting of performance insights to management.
