The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, steering hiring decisions with the Director, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in a spa or wellness center.
• Strong background in recruitment and talent management, with focus on hiring therapists.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of spa operations, services, and industry best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations professionally.
• Proficiency in relevant software (scheduling, booking systems, Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Uphold high standards of customer service to ensure an exceptional client experience.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and optimize inventory.
• Provide guidance and training support to trainers for high performance.
• Conduct performance evaluations and develop staff through plans.
• Ensure outlet meets monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Experience

Recruitment and Hiring

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified therapists for pre and postnatal industry.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the Director.
  Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are fully integrated into the team.

Inventory

• Collaborate with the procurement department to manage stock levels, including ordering and storage of products.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of supplies and optimize inventory management.

Staff Management

• Provide guidance, training support to trainers, and support to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement development plans for staff.
  Ensure outlet is meeting monthly sales targets.
