Job summary

Accor, a world leader in hospitality, is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead lounge housekeeping operations at Changi Airport. You will oversee daily activities across lounges and back-of-house areas, ensuring consistently high cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years’ experience in housekeeping operations in hospitality or premium lounges.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role leading housekeeping teams.
• WSQ certification in chemical handling.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning methods and sanitation standards.
• Experience managing outsourced housekeeping contractors.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily housekeeping operations across lounges and back-of-house areas, ensuring exceptional cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards.
• Oversee and develop housekeeping teams, including workforce planning, training, coaching, performance management and employee engagement.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience by maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming lounge environment and addressing guest concerns promptly.
• Drive quality assurance and compliance through regular inspections, SOP implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage housekeeping inventory and assets, including supplies, amenities, linen, chemicals and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, hygiene, and airport regulatory requirements, including risk management, chemical handling and corrective action implementation.
