Job summary

Accor, in partnership with a leading airline, seeks a Housekeeping Manager for its lounge operations at Changi Airport. You will lead daily housekeeping across lounges, supervise teams, ensure a premium guest environment, and drive quality and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ housekeeping operations experience in hospitality or premium lounges.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role leading teams.
• WSQ Chemical Handling certification or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning methods and sanitation standards.
• Experience managing outsourced housekeeping contractors.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and cross-cultural communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily housekeeping operations across lounges and back-of-house areas.
• Oversee and develop housekeeping teams, including scheduling and training.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lounge environment and address guest concerns promptly.
• Drive quality assurance through inspections, SOPs, and continuous improvement.
• Manage inventory and assets to ensure operational readiness.
