Job summary

Accor, partnering with a leading airline to manage lounge operations at Changi Airport, seeks a proactive Assistant Operations Manager. You will oversee day-to-day lounge activities, ensuring smooth service delivery and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

You will lead a team in delivering exceptional hospitality, manage rosters, train staff, and maintain stock, while driving guest-centric service and continuous improvements across operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in hospitality or lounge operations, especially supervisory/managerial roles.
• Demonstrated leadership, strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to inspire and develop teams in luxury service environments.
• Excellent customer service mindset with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily Food & Beverage lounge operations, ensuring exceptional guest service.
• Manage rostering and manpower allocation to support operations.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and guidance.
• Maintain stock levels of food, beverage and amenities to meet demand.
• Ensure hygiene, food safety, and presentation standards align with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain strong menu and beverage knowledge to deliver consistent guest experiences.
• Oversee lounge readiness and mise-en-place throughout shifts.
• Handle guest feedback and escalations promptly and professionally.
• Drive service excellence by leading by example and fostering guest-centric culture.
• Support operational improvement initiatives, new projects, vendor management, and audits.
