Job summary

Accor Lounge at Changi Airport seeks a Housekeeping Manager to lead daily operations, manage teams, and ensure premium lounge standards. You will coordinate staffing, training, audits, and inventory while upholding safety and health regulations to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in housekeeping in hospitality or premium lounges, with 3+ years in supervision, and WSQ chemical handling certification. Shift flexibility and travel-related duties may apply.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in housekeeping operations within hospitality, premium lounges, hotels or facilities management.
• 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role leading housekeeping teams.
• Familiar with safety, hygiene, and chemical handling standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily housekeeping operations across lounges and back‑of‑house areas to maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation.
• Oversee housekeeping teams with planning, training, coaching, performance management and engagement.
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences by maintaining a clean, welcoming lounge environment and addressing concerns promptly.
