Job summary

Accor Asia Corporate Offices is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee lounge housekeeping operations at Changi Airport. The role ensures cleanliness, safety, and a premium guest experience across all lounge areas, with focus on staffing, training, and compliance with health and security requirements.

The position requires 4+ years in housekeeping and 3+ years in a supervisory role, with WSQ Chemical Handling certification.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of housekeeping operations experience in hospitality or related settings.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role leading housekeeping teams.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards, cleaning methods and safety procedures.
• Experience managing outsourced housekeeping contractors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across stakeholder levels.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily housekeeping operations across lounges and back-of-house areas.
• Develop teams via workforce planning, training, coaching and performance management.
• Deliver premium guest experiences by maintaining a clean and welcoming lounge.
• Drive quality assurance and compliance through inspections, SOPs and improvements.
• Manage inventory and assets to ensure operational readiness.
• Ensure safety, health, hygiene and airport regulatory compliance.
