Responsibilities

• Deliver premium guest and client experience across front-of-house and client spaces.
• Manage front-of-house staffing coverage during business hours and rosters.
• Perform greeting, visitor coordination, and wayfinding for guests and employees.
• Maintain visitor logs, electronic visitor registration, and badge issuing.
• Manage mailroom, lockers, cards, and logistics including access cards and parking tickets.
• Coordinate meetings, events, catering, and hospitality delivery for client areas.
• Provide administration support, data integrity, and routine workplace tasks.
• Collaborate with security, facilities, and experience teams to ensure safety, compliance, and brand standards.
