Job summary

HH PROPERTIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Bell Service Attendant to provide courteous, efficient service at the Bell Counter. You will assist guests with check-in/out procedures, transport luggage, welcome guests at the entrance, and maintain lobby tidiness according to hotel standards.

You will coordinate guest transportation, handle mails/newspapers, obtain feedback, and ensure guests leave with a positive lasting impression of the hotel.

Qualifications

• Thorough familiarity with bell service procedures and hotel standards.
• Able to recognize guest problems early and aim for zero complaints.
• Good teamwork with Housekeeping and Front Office.

Responsibilities

• Be acquainted with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Transport guests’ luggage to/from rooms promptly and safely.
• Welcome guests at the entrance per hotel standards.
• Keep lobby clean and report defects.
• Coordinate guest transportation with limousine vendors or taxis.
• Load/unload luggage from vehicles and assist guests entering/leaving the hotel.
• Coordinate ordering, receiving and delivery of newspapers and magazines.
• Handle incoming/outgoing mails as required.
• Engage with guests to obtain feedback.
• Bid fond farewell to guests leaving a lasting impression.
