Job summary

COMO Metropolitan Singapore is seeking a guest services associate to provide care and attention to our guests, upholding COMO Hotels and Resorts standards and Leading Quality Assurance requirements. You will welcome guests, assist with luggage, and share information about the hotel and local area.

Responsibilities include guiding guests to rooms, maintaining lobby stations, delivering messages and valet services, promoting hotel facilities, and ensuring impeccable grooming.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests professionally and demonstrate a warm, confident and genuine first impression.
• Show guests to room and assist with luggage while giving guest information about the hotel and local area.
• Carry guest's luggage to and from rooms and ensure guests are settled in with nothing left behind.
• Maintain lobby stations per company standards and check every 30 minutes or as needed.
• Open doors for guests per hotel etiquette.
• Maintain cleanliness of bell stand, lobby and baggage room.
• Deliver messages and valet to guest rooms.
• Promote and inform guests of hotel facilities.
• Ensure impeccable grooming standards.
• Adhere to Leading Quality Assurance guidelines and assist Front Office as needed.
