INFINIX HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a bellman to support daily hotel operations and assist guests with luggage transport from the check-in lobby to their rooms, ensuring a positive arrival experience.

The role requires a friendly demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work island-wide locations with flexibility for overtime, weekends, and public holidays. Experience is welcome but not required, with a focus on professional grooming and guest service.

• Role requires assisting guests and transporting luggage with professionalism.
• Strong customer service mindset and polite communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Always smile and welcome and acknowledge all guests according to hotel standards, anticipate and address guest’s service needs.
• Opening doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the hotel.
• Answering to hotel guests’ enquiries.
• Ensure proper handling and timely delivery of guests’ luggage to the guest rooms to ensure guests’ satisfaction.
