Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality, guest services, concierge or bell service is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm and professional demeanour.
• Physically able to assist with luggage handling and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage handling and room orientation.
• Provide accurate information on hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Support loyalty program enrollments and assist with VIP arrangements.
• Arrange transportation services and maintain cleanliness of the lobby.
• Communicate guest requests and feedback promptly.
