Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality or front desk roles.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and handle luggage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and during their stay; assist with luggage.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel facilities.
• Provide information on amenities and local attractions.
• Handle guest requests, messages, deliveries, and inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate taxi, airport transfers, and luggage assistance.
• Maintain lobby, entrance, driveway, elevators, and luggage storage areas.
• Support front office during peak periods.
• Monitor guest belongings and follow security procedures.
• Relay guest feedback to relevant departments.
