Job summary

LINK HOTELS INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Front Office Guest Services role. The successful candidate will welcome guests, assist with arrival and departure luggage, escort guests to rooms, and brief them on hotel facilities and services.

You will handle transportation arrangements, coordinate with the Front Office for smooth departures, and support lobby operations, safety, and administrative duties as part of a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Escort guests to assigned rooms when required.
• Introduce room features, hotel facilities and services to guests.
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements and taxi bookings.
• Assist guests with luggage collection and transportation upon check-out.
• Coordinate with Front Office to ensure smooth departures.
• Assist guests with vehicle arrangements and luggage loading.
• Deliver guest messages, parcels, letters and amenities.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and enquiries.
• Provide directions and information regarding hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the lobby entrance area.
• Assist with crowd control and traffic flow at the hotel driveway.
• Monitor guest arrival and departure activities.
• Report suspicious activities, security concerns, accidents or incidents immediately.
• Safeguard guest belongings entrusted to the hotel.
• Follow hotel emergency and evacuation procedures.
• Maintain proper records of luggage storage and guest item deliveries.
• Assist with newspaper distribution where required.
• Attend departmental briefings and training sessions.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager or Management.
