Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Singapore seeks a Conference Services Manager to coordinate and deliver seamless events, from planning through execution and post-event follow-up. You will partner with clients to capture their vision and lead cross-department teams to bring it to life with meticulous attention to detail.

You will oversee planning meetings, site visits, and BEOs, ensuring timely communication and flawless delivery, while maintaining strong client relationships for repeat business and elevated

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Events, or related field.
• Experience in Conference Services, Catering, Banquets, Events or luxury hospitality.
• Strong understanding of event planning and end-to-end guest journey.
• Exceptional organisational skills with ability to manage multiple events.
• Confident communicator with clients and cross-department coordination.
• Proactive mindset with ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the end-to-end conference servicing journey, from event handover and planning through to execution and post-event follow-up.
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding objectives and preferences to create a personalised event experience.
• Conduct planning meetings, site inspections and pre-event discussions to ensure details are understood and coordinated.
• Prepare and manage Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and coordinate with F&B, Culinary, Engineering, Housekeeping and Front Office.
• Lead event briefings and communicate key requirements, timelines and VIP details to stakeholders.
• Be present during events to anticipate needs and ensure seamless delivery from start to finish.
• Identify potential gaps or challenges and implement solutions to ensure flawless delivery.
• Manage last-minute changes and special requests with a solutions-focused approach.
• Follow up with clients for feedback and opportunities to improve guest experience.
• Maintain accurate event records and systems for effective communication.
