Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Singapore is seeking a Catering Sales Manager / Senior Catering Sales Manager to drive luxury hotel catering revenue and manage a broad client base from enquiry through contract finalisation.

You will cultivate new business, maintain strong client relationships, and work closely with operations to ensure flawless event execution in a dynamic, high-end environment. A Bachelor’s degree and 4–5 years in hotel sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably 1 year in a similar luxury-brand capacity.
• Proactive, customer-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in luxury hospitality.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage key decision-makers.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple accounts in a detailed manner.
• Solid understanding of corporate catering requirements and event workflows.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a corporate catering portfolio from enquiry to contract finalisation.
• Drive revenue growth through targeted sales strategies and proactive client engagement.
• Cultivate new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships.
• Ensure timely response to enquiries, conduct site inspections, and deliver engaging client interactions.
• Identify and capitalise on upselling opportunities to maximise account profitability.
• Manage and track leads to maintain prompt follow-up and exceptional service standards.
• Partner with operations teams to guarantee flawless event execution and exceptional group experiences.
