Job summary

BCD Meetings & Events Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced Event Manager in Singapore to lead the planning and execution of meetings, conferences and incentive travel programs. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams and act as the main planning contact for departments and clients, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.

You will manage budgets, attendee management, site inspections, vendor contracts and final billing, while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Event Management or equivalent.
• CMP or PMP accreditation will be a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and events.
• Serve as day-to-day planning contact for departments and clients.
• Manage budgets, attendee management and final program billing.
• Coordinate site inspections, venue options and vendor contracts.
• Oversee supplier payments, data management and reporting.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
