Mandarin Oriental, Singapore is seeking an Events Executive to join the Events Management team. The role involves supporting the Director of Events Management, coordinating with event coordinators, and overseeing department administration at a luxury hotel.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years’ experience in a luxury hotel and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding high service standards.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel.
• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in generating revenue reports and annual budgets from Salesforce for revenue tracking and forecasting.
• Ensure all incoming correspondences are attended to and forwarded to respective managers.
• Maintain Salesforce with accurate information such as covers and revenues.
• Coordinate communication with supporting operational departments.
• Help achieve service quality goals of the department/hotel.
• Assist DOEM with telephone calls and expense claims including petty cash.
• Organise/setup access rights and induction programs for new sales colleagues.
• Monitor clocking issues for events team members and ensure medical certificates are submitted via the e-leave system.
• Assist with any other reasonable duties required by the DOEM.
