Job summary

Premium Automobiles Group is seeking a proactive Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations at an automotive retail store located in a shopping mall. The role involves managing brand presentation, customer experience, lead generation and team coordination as brands rotate quarterly.

You will work with a Retail Assistant and a Sales Consultant to ensure premium service, smooth transitions between brands, and high standards of visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in retail operations, store management, premium retail, hospitality or customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, staffing, and compliance.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, safety and presentation.
• Manage inventory, promotional materials, merchandise, supplies and expenses.
• Coordinate with mall management, vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure store reflects the brand identity and follows visual merchandising guidelines.
• Coordinate quarterly brand transitions, including display changes and logistics.
• Deliver a professional customer experience, manage inquiries and lead handovers.
• Supervise and guide a Retail Assistant and coordinate with the Sales Consultant.
• Support in-store campaigns, events and promotional activities.
• Prepare regular store operation reports and ensure compliance with policies.
