Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for service customers, delivering a premium experience.
• Manage end-to-end service process: check-in, job card creation, handover.
• Provide accurate repair explanations, timelines and cost estimates.
• Communicate work progress, delays and additional requirements to customers.
• Ensure documentation aligns with company and manufacturer standards.
• Upsell additional services and products where appropriate.
• Assist with technical inspections and coordination between technicians and front-of-house.
• Assist in daily workshop operations and scheduling, including labour allocation and prioritisation.
• Monitor KPIs like labour sales, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Help implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Handle other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
