RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. is seeking a showroom Sales Leader to guide daily sales activities, oversee customer engagement, and drive sales performance across floor operations. You will mentor a team of Sales Consultants, review leads and strengthen follow-up to boost conversion.

You will partner with the General Manager, Sales and internal teams on campaigns to improve showroom performance and overall results.

Qualifications

Lead daily showroom sales activities and drive customer engagement and floor performance.
Coach and develop a team of Sales Consultants through coaching and reviews.
Review leads and sales activities to strengthen follow-up and improve conversion.

Responsibilities

Lead daily showroom sales activities and oversee customer engagement, sales performance and floor operations.
Coach and develop a team of Sales Consultants through coaching, performance reviews, training and on-the-job support.
Review customer leads and sales activities to strengthen follow-up practices, improve conversion and achieve monthly sales objectives.
Ensure consistent showroom standards across customer service, lead management, test-drive coordination, attendance and daily operations.
Partner with the General Manager, Sales and internal teams on sales campaigns, lead generation and initiatives to improve showroom performance.
