Recruit Expert Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a seasoned Sales Showroom Lead to oversee daily showroom operations, drive customer engagement and achieve monthly sales targets.

You will coach a team of Sales Consultants, coordinate lead follow-up, and collaborate with the General Manager and internal teams on campaigns and initiatives to boost showroom performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry and prior team leadership or supervisory exposure.
• Strong understanding of showroom sales operations, customer engagement and sales conversion.

Responsabilités

• Lead the daily sales activities of an assigned showroom, overseeing customer engagement, sales performance and overall floor operations.

Salary: $4,000 to $6,000
