Job summary

AUTOSPRINT PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to handle vehicle servicing and repairs, communicate estimates and progress to customers, and issue repair orders and invoices. The role requires strong automotive knowledge and a Class 3 driving license.

The successful candidate will work in Singapore, liaising with customers and workshop staff to ensure high-quality aftersales service and warranty claim follow-ups. Proactive, detail-oriented teamwork is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Automotive industry in similar capacity.
• Good communication skills.
• Good technical knowledge in automobiles.
• Class 3 driving license.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers for repair and maintenance jobs.
• Provide repair recommendations to customers.
• Handle servicing and repair communications and updates to customers.
• Prepare and issue repair orders and invoices.
• Submit warranty claims and follow up on submission.
• Shift vehicles as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
