Job summary

Porsche Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a customer-focused Service Consultant to be the primary contact for customers and workshop teams, delivering exceptional service from initial contact to final vehicle delivery. You will manage the service workflow and ensure Porsche standards are met.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, with strong communication, interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset. Based at the Porsche Service Central (Tanjong Penjuru, with planned 2027 relocation to Changi).<\/p>

Qualifications

Experience as Automotive Service Consultant or similar, preferably with a luxury brand.
Strong customer service mindset and ability to handle service inquiries.
Proactive, self-driven with a can-do attitude and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end service process from first contact to vehicle handover.
Welcome customers, listen to concerns, identify issues with diagnostics, and explain services.
Plan the service workflow: scheduling, cost estimates, parts and labour, update customers.
Suggest additional services and products to meet targets and enhance customer value.
Review completed jobs with technicians, ensure standards, and explain work to customers.
Document work, oversee billing and payments, and maintain accurate records.
