Job summary

Porsche Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to act as the primary contact for customers and the workshop team, delivering exceptional service and ensuring all service and repair needs align with Porsche's high standards.

You will oversee the entire service process from first contact to vehicle handover, including scheduling, estimating, progress monitoring and clear communication with customers and technicians to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as Automotive Service Consultant or similar in luxury brands is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering best-in-class customer experience.
• Proficiency with dealership software and diagnostic tools; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers and workshop team; deliver prompt, seamless service.
• Manage the service workflow: appointments, job orders, cost estimates, progress updates and handover.
• Suggest additional services and promotions to meet after-sales targets; ensure accurate invoicing.
