Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore is seeking a Premier Relationship Officer to deliver one-stop banking solutions and build strong Premier Banking client relationships. You will support Relationship Managers and contribute to a seamless banking experience for high-net-worth clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Diploma qualification (Degree desirable).
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong operational knowledge; able to work independently or in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-stop banking solutions to customers.
• Strengthen Premier Banking relationships through effective relationship management.
• Provide operational support to Relationship Managers.
• Assist RMs in preparing loan applications and processing sales transactions.
• Provide service and marketing support for all Premier Banking transactions.
• Ensure superior customer service to contribute positively to the Premier Banking experience.
• Provide administrative support to the International Wealth Premier team.
• Manage client documentation and data entry accurately.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
