OCBC Group is seeking a Premier Centre Manager onshore to lead a high-performing team in Singapore. You will build long-lasting relationships with high net worth clients, tailor financial solutions, manage risk, and drive growth while ensuring exceptional service quality.

You will mentor RMs, stay updated on market trends, and communicate complex financial information clearly. A university degree and a proven sales leadership track record are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years' experience in the banking/financial services industry with a strong track record in financial product sales.
• Good track record in effective team management.
• University degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement service initiatives (Customer Experience guidelines) and ensure consistency of service quality and delivery.
• Ensure RMs adhere to Premier Banking marketing guidelines.
• Manage operations risk and ensure compliance standards are followed.
• Contribute to profitability and growth targets of Premier Banking Onshore.
• Mentor and inspire team members to achieve peak performance in sales and service excellence.
• Provide coaching and motivation to staff to optimise financial contribution to the Premier Banking segment.
