Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore is seeking a Premier Banking onshore professional to acquire New-To-Bank and New-To-Premier clients, cross-sell the Premier Banking value, and build a robust client acquisition network.

You will onboard customers, ensure compliance, perform KYC/AML procedures, and deliver best-in-class service while developing referral partnerships and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related working experience.
• Diploma or Degree holder with banking or sales experience preferred.
• Confident with good networking skills and mature personality to handle affluent market segment.
• Good relationship building skills and an entrepreneur mindset.
• Highly driven and positively motivated to over-achieve assigned targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire New-To-Bank (NTB) and New-To-Premier (NTP) customers for Premier Banking (Onshore).
• Cross-sell OCBC Premier Banking to the target client segment.
• Build and maintain effective customer acquisition sources.
• Identify acquisition opportunities and collaborate with internal/external partners to drive quality acquisitions.
• Develop strategic tie-ups with referral partners and engage partners to generate a consistent pipeline.
• Convert leads into sales and drive funding and wealth sales conversions.
• Perform customer onboarding via face-to-face meetings or digital onboarding.
• Meet compliance and control standards in onboarding; conduct KYC/AML procedures and documentations.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service to all customers.
