Job summary

A manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities while driving the transition toward predictive maintenance. The ideal candidate should have a degree in engineering and 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience. Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, implementing condition-based monitoring, and collaborating with the data analytics team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities; able to interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, and control logic diagrams.
• Familiarity with predictive maintenance techniques and basic machine learning concepts is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on key equipment such as injection machines and furnaces.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults to minimize production downtime.
• Implement condition-based monitoring using sensors.
• Support data collection and feature extraction for predictive maintenance models.
• Assist in deploying machine learning algorithms.
• Work closely with IT/Digital/Automation teams to integrate sensor and equipment data.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.
