Job summary

Toku Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a proactive pre-sales Solutions Engineer to design cloud contact centre solutions for AWS and Cisco, align with sales, and translate complex tech into customer value. You will build demos, respond to RFPs, deliver tailored proposals, and engage with stakeholders to drive opportunities through the full sales cycle in a fast-growth CCaaS environment.

Qualifications

Practical experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical role within cloud communications or CCaaS environments.
Experience with Amazon Connect, Cisco CCaaS or similar CCaaS platforms.
Strong presentation, discovery, and customer engagement skills, with ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

Pre-sales solution engineering: Lead and support pre-sales activities for CCaaS opportunities built on AWS and Cisco technologies.
Customer engagement: Collaborate with sales teams and customers to understand requirements and position solutions.
Solution demonstrations: Design, configure, tailor, and deliver demos and PoCs for customer use cases.
RFPs/RFIs: Contribute to proposals, tenders, scope of work, and professional services effort estimation.
Technical consulting: Present contact centre solutions and capabilities to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demo customization: Perform hands-on configuration to showcase customer-specific workflows.
Sales collaboration: Work with account managers to progress opportunities and engage stakeholders.
