Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Contact Center Sales Specialist in Singapore to drive a strategic sales pipeline and close multi-year enterprise contracts. You will pursue and land qualified leads, build own pipeline, and present solutions with internal subject matter experts to meet client needs and revenue goals.

You will engage CIOs and senior operations leaders, collaborate with client managers and pre-sales architects, deliver compelling proposals, and participate in workshops to shape best-fit

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of enterprise B2B technology sales experience.
• Experience selling contact center, CX, CRM, UC, cloud or telecom solutions.
• Strong consultative selling and C-level engagement capabilities.
• Experience handling large enterprise deals and complex negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Own sales pipeline and revenue targets for the assigned accounts.
• Sell CCaaS, AI, CRM integration and CX transformation solutions.
• Engage CIOs, Heads of Customer Experience and Ops leaders.
• Collaborate with presales and delivery teams to shape proposals.
• Manage enterprise sales cycles and RFP processes.
• Build executive relationships and partner ecosystem to drive growth.
